Inspired by Philip’s work in the uk film industry. A discarded object from a film prop, was the seed of this design. Embracing an industrial / engineered aesthetic, balancing cold metal and warm timber with machine like forms. Sharp lines and bold shapes give this piece some impact.

The toughened glass both widens the practical table surface, protects the timber and aluminium, and creates a layer of negative space.The aluminium has a radially brushed surface to create a soft sheen. The timbers are finished with danish oil. A striking side table for any living room.

Providing space for a record player, this unit features angular faceted legs and a shelf for vinyl storage. With an alcove for those favourite records and loose record sleeves. The lower shelf is removable, if you prefer a more minimal design. This unit works just as well as a storage unit to display plants or other household possesions, with a beauitful ripppled ash veneer its almost a shame to put anything on it at all. The cherry timber will darken over time becoming richer in tone, which will only enhance the striking contrast to the rippled ash. With no fixings on the rear of the piece its sits well anywhere in a room and still looks just as stunning. Finished in a satin osmo oil to create a silky finish to the touch.

This design was driven by a selection of left over materials, wanting to combine them using simple forms. The impact of the tiles was the focus here. Framed by the wenge and hanging from elegant slender legs. Italian artisan tiles provide a beautiful and durable table surface. Brass pins add a subtle detail to the simple form of the legs. A petite little table perfect for a coffee.

A petite coffee table, perfect to sit next to your sofa. Warm tones of copper compliment the soft oranges of the pear wood, yet with the tabletop being cold to the touch, this piece has an industrial edge. The joints are embraced and celebrated by leaving overhanging elements, that give a little tactile treat. Choosing to show the quarter sawn flecks of the maple upward as if the orange flecks have leapt or sparked from the copper. The tabletop is copper anodised aluminium and so will not patina with age.

A new addition to our Ribbon Collection. The Ribbon Low Table was created using hundreds of layers of ash veneer carved, shaped and stained to achieve this unique formation.

The sculptural low table evokes a sense of mystery and fluidity. There are various elements taken from eroded driftwood and the fluidity of a silk ribbon. To achieve this fluidity we wanted to combine two separate components in such a way that when one looks at the table, the movement resembles two natural waves of a ribbon uncurling.

We intricately created a stark difference in thickness along the legs to emphasise the delicate nature of these shapes. The table’s details allow for different perspectives from every angle.

This low table is an ideal centre piece for a large living room.

Production lead time – 5 to 6 weeks.

Each table is unique due to its handmade nature, shapes, shades and grain vary slightly.

This is the newest piece in our Ribbon Collection. We are very excited to be using this beautiful marble along side the ash veneers. This particular piece of marble was handpicked from our supplier and shaped in our workshop. The joining of the veneer and marble has been designed to give the illusion that the marble is floating between the ash veneers.

Inspired by eroded driftwood, the fluidity & sleek movements of a silk ribbon, this sculptural console table evokes a sense of mystery and fluidity. The figured ash veneers have been cut from the tree in successive order and carefully stacked and shaped together so that when we carve in to the form the grain & pattern structure remains as it would have been as a solid piece of wood. The shadows created by the dips and curves create a continuous fluidity to this piece.

This piece is ideal for showcasing ceramics, smaller sculptures, or what ever you think would look lovely on this console table.
